Like ordinary medium and heavy plates, the types are:
1. Ordinary carbon steel boiling steel plate
It is a kind of ordinary carbon structural steel, a steel plate made of boiling billet hot rolling, this kind of steel plate has a low carbon content, but the surface quality is good, and it is easy to process. However, its heart contains more impurities, so the segregation is more serious, and the mechanical properties are not very uniform. The toughness and welding performance of ordinary carbon steel boiling steel plate are not very good, so this kind of steel plate is not suitable for making structural parts to bear impact loads, as well as welded structural parts at low temperatures, but is suitable for making stamping parts, as well as some less important machine components and parts.
2. Ordinary carbon steel sedative steel plate
It is made of hot rolled sedant billet, which has the advantages of good mechanical properties, welding performance, corrosion resistance and plasticity, but the surface quality is not very good, and the cost is relatively high. The carbon steel sedative steel plate is mainly used to manufacture components, welded parts, and some high-strength structural parts that can withstand impact at low temperatures.
3. Low alloy structural steel plate
It is made of hot rolling of low-alloy structural steel, which has the characteristics of high strength and high performance, and can save raw materials, mainly used in machinery manufacturing and metal structural parts.
4. Weathering steel plate for welded structure
It is to add a small number of alloying elements such as chromium, nickel, molybdenum, niobium, titanium, zirconium, vanadium and so on to the steel, so that it forms a protective layer on the surface of the matrix, so that the weather resistance and welding performance of the steel are improved, and it is mainly used in the structure of bridges and buildings.
5. Patterned steel plate
On the surface of this steel plate, there are diamond-shaped or lentil-shaped protrusions, which are rolled with ordinary carbon structural steel, which has the effect of anti-slip, so it is commonly used in floors, factory escalators, work frame treads, ship decks and automobile floors
